Cancellation Policy
To respect my time and the time reserved specifically for you, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before future appointments can be booked.
